1. PHM system network architecture

The PHM system is divided into three layers: station control layer, interval layer, and process layer. The interval layer provides online monitoring data collection, temporary storage, data model construction, and partial single item data analysis functions for devices; The station control layer provides comprehensive data analysis, data forwarding, and local human-machine interface functions for the entire station, while the process layer accurately and stably collects operational data from sensors of various professional monitoring units.

The process layer is mainly composed of various professional sensors, which can be collected and uploaded through various methods such as wired networking, wireless networking, and networking of devices with RF functions.

The station control layer is equipped with station level monitoring units and communication management units. The monitoring units collect data from on-site monitoring IEDs, organize the data, and upload it according to standard protocols. And configure workstations on site, deploy high-voltage equipment status monitoring systems for querying and managing equipment status and operational data within the station.

2. PHM features and functions

The equipment status online monitoring and fault prediction and health management system is suitable for substations with voltage levels of 35kV and above, electrified railway traction stations, etc. Functionally, all primary equipment in the station can continuously collect information parameters that reflect the insulation status of power equipment during operation, providing a basis for condition based maintenance.
